The Biden administration announced on Wednesday, February 14th Palestinians will be exempt from deportation for at least 18 months. President Biden released a memorandum explaining his decision to approve deferred enforced departure (DED) for Palestinian nationals which included the ability for noncitizens to apply for employment authorization. The US is providing asylum even to those who are passionately supportive of the terrorist group, Hamas.
