Joe Biden issued an executive order as of Thursday, February 1st, targeting Israeli settlers in the West Bank. This order gives the Treasury Department the power to impose financial sanctions on persons seeking harm in the West Bank. The problem is that the definitions used to determine a person fitting this qualification are vague enough to include any Israeli settling in the West Bank.
