Roger Custer is Director of Development for Advancing American Freedom. He is a recognized leader in nonprofit fundraising and management, having served more than 20 years in leadership positions in the conservative movement. From 2011 to 2017 he was CEO of America’s Future Foundation (now called America’s Future) and more recently he was Vice President of Development at Commonwealth Foundation.
Roger graduated with a BA from Ithaca College and an MPA in nonprofit management from George Mason University. He was awarded the William F. Buckley, Jr. Award from the Young Conservatives Coalition. He lives in Virginia with his wife and kids, where he also plays clarinet, trains for triathlons, and serves as a deacon at his church.
