Josh Pitcock

Josh Pitcock is Senior Vice President of Government Affairs at Oracle, where he leads lobbying, political strategy, and engagement with trade associations. He previously served as Chief of Staff to Vice President Mike Pence and spent over a decade as one of Pence’s closest advisors in both state and federal government.

From 2005 to 2017, Pitcock held senior roles in Pence’s congressional, gubernatorial, and vice-presidential offices, including Legislative Counsel, Deputy Chief of Staff, and Chief of Staff. He played key roles in the 2016 Trump-Pence campaign and transition, advising on policy, communications, and staffing.

Before his government service, Pitcock practiced corporate law in Atlanta. He holds degrees from DePauw University and Wake Forest University School of Law and is originally from Anderson, Indiana. He now lives in Washington, DC, with his wife.
