WASHINGTON — Today, Advancing American Freedom (AAF) announced former Arizona Governor Doug Ducey has joined its Board of Directors.
Doug Ducey previously served as Arizona’s 23rd governor and CEO of Cold Stone Creamery.
AAF Board Member Doug Ducey released the following statement: “I’m honored to join the board of Advancing American Freedom. Since its founding by my friend Mike Pence, it has consistently stood for the conservative principles of limited government, a free economy, strong national defense and the protection of the rule of law. AAF has established itself as the new home for the Conservative Movement and I look forward to working alongside the team as we continue to grow.”
AAF President Tim Chapman stated: “Governor Ducey is a rock-ribbed conservative who governed Arizona with conservative principles front and center. While Governor, he led as a full spectrum conservative. He advanced school choice, protected life, balanced the Arizona state budget, and stood with Israel. We could not be more proud to welcome Governor Ducey to the AAF board.”
Vice President Mike Pence and Founder of AAF said: “Governor Doug Ducey was a successful business leader and one of the most accomplished conservative governors in America and we are honored to welcome him to the board of directors of AAF. As a member of the Board of Directors at AAF, The Honorable Doug Ducey will play a key role in ensuring that AAF continues to be the new home for the Conservative Movement in Washington D.C.
