The Biden administration clearly stated on Friday, February 23rd that Israel’s plan to construct homes
and businesses in Judea and Samaria conflicts with international law. This is a major reversal from the
previous administration’s policy and punishes Israel during its time of defensive war. Israelis have the
right to live in their historic homeland.
