The new guidance expands the government’s discretion of march-in rights in a way that will lead to a variety of industries facing ramifications. The Biden administration’s aggressive agenda to lower the cost of prescription drugs disregards the negative side effects creating a hesitation by industries to enter government partnerships and ultimately a hindrance to innovation and development.

On Wednesday, February 7th, the Biden administration finalized a ruling increasing restrictions on particulate matter produced by manufacturing and energy sectors. The new guidelines decrease the annual PM2.5 standard from a level of 12 micrograms per cubic meter to a level of 9 micrograms per cubic meter. The industry reveals this regulation will have a disastrous economic consequence. The Biden administration continues to make aggressive changes to appease climate change activists yet has the power to bring about economic devastation.

President Biden released a memorandum explaining his decision to approve deferred enforced departure (DED) for Palestinian nationals which included the ability for noncitizens to apply for employment authorization. The US is providing asylum even to those who are passionately supportive of the terrorist group, Hamas.

In another wave of student debt cancellation, the Biden administration announced the cancellation of an additional $1.2 billion on Wednesday, February 22nd. At this point, Biden has given away almost $138 billion to forgive student loans. Borrowing money with the intent of paying it back is no light commitment. We do not want a society that believes you can take out a loan and need not have any concern for repayment. The reality is someone must deal with the bill. America cannot afford to add to its already high debt of over $30 trillion.

This is a major reversal from the previous administration’s policy and punishes Israel during its time of defensive war. Israelis have the right to live in their historic homeland.
