Director of Constitutional Studies
Timothy Harper joined Advancing American Freedom’s legal team in 2023. In his role, he leads the organization’s constitutional research and analysis, supporting AAF’s robust amicus brief program and policy advocacy work.
He is a graduate of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette with a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication and of Georgetown University Law Center with a juris doctor degree.
