Richard Stern

Richard Stern currently serves as Vice President of the Plymouth Institute for Free Enterprise at Advancing American Freedom where he oversees the policy and research teams focused on economic policy.

Previously, Richard directed both the Thomas A. Roe Institute for Economic Policy Studies and the Grover M. Hermann Center for the Federal Budget at The Heritage Foundation.
