Eugene Kontorovich

Eugene Kontorovich is a Senior Legal Fellow at Advancing American Freedom and a professor at George Mason’s Antonin Scalia School of Law, specializing in constitutional and international law. Prior to George Mason, he had been a professor at Northwestern University School of Law for eleven years.

Before coming to AAF, he was a senior policy fellow at the Jerusalem-based Kohelet Policy Forum and founded its International Law Forum. He has testified before the U.S. House of Representatives and Senate, as well as before the Israeli Knesset.
