Advancing American Freedom, along with 20 other pro-family organizations, submitted an amicus brief to support parents in the case Parents Defending Education v. Linn Mar Community School District in Marion, Iowa.
From AAF Executive Director Paul Teller: “The family unit has always been the foundation of our society, and school administrators should not be allowed to facilitate or hide a child’s gender transition without the knowledge of parents.”
