| WASHINGTON — Today, Advancing American Freedom (AAFF) announced the addition of Dr. Zachary Cady as Senior Economist to the Institute for Statistical Policy Analysis (ISPA).
Vice President of the Institute for Statistical Policy Analysis Kevin Dayaratna stated: “Dr. Cady brings exactly the kind of rigorous, data-driven expertise that ISPA is building around. His experience in dynamic economic modeling and applied policy analysis will strengthen our ability to produce high-impact research on the issues that matter most to policymakers.” Dr. Cady recently completed his Ph.D. in Economics at George Mason University, where his research focused on crime and economics. He previously served as an Associate Economist at The Buckeye Institute, where he developed dynamic scoring models to evaluate the economic effects of tax policy on investment, employment, and growth. He has also held research roles at the Committee to Unleash Prosperity, the Cato Institute, and the Mercatus Center. At ISPA, Dr. Cady will help expand the organization’s quantitative policy analysis and advance its modeling work across a broad range of economic issues.
