Gadai Bulgac is a Policy Analyst in the Institute for Statistical Policy Analysis. Prior to joining Advancing American Freedom, he served as a Research Assistant at Economic Policy Innovation Center, where he conducted research on healthcare and fiscal policy issues.
Bulgac holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics, with a minor in Quantative Social Science, from the University of Houston.
