The Washington Post awarded President Biden a “bottomless Pinocchio” rating for repeatedly claiming that he has “spent more time with Xi Jinping (President of China) than any other head of state,” and has traveled “17,000 miles with him.” The Washington Post awards the bottomless Pinocchio rating to statements repeated at least 20 times that are so false they have received either 3 or 4 “pinocchios” on previous occasions. The White House has continued to repeat the claim, even after fact-checkers proved it false.
