President Biden walked back the Trump-Pence acknowledgement that Section 230 liability protections for tech companies should be narrowly interpreted and are in need of statutory reform, repealed the prohibition on taxpayer dollars flowing to tech companies that restrict free speech, and repealed the federal review of unfair or deceptive practices of tech companies.
