Secretary of State Blinken released a joint statement with the Foreign Ministers of France, Germany, and the United Kingdom expressing a desire to rejoin the Iran nuclear deal (the “JCPOA”), even while recognizing that Iran is taking steps toward developing nuclear weapons.
