March 3

The Biden Administration locked the Twitter account for Immigration and Customs Enforcement alerts, a public safety account that notified the public about criminal illegal aliens.

March 7

President Biden used an executive order to further expand the federal government’s role in elections and diminish the authority of the states. The executive order put forth the assertion that, “It is the responsibility of the Federal Government to expand access to, and education about, voter registration and election information, and to combat misinformation.” The order instructed the heads of all federal agencies—including agencies that have nothing to do with elections—to “evaluate ways in which the agency can, as appropriate and consistent with applicable law, promote voter registration and voter participation.” This directive includes strong encouragement for each agency to register voters and create ways to distribute vote-by-mail ballots in the course of other, unrelated activities.

March 9

The Biden administration ceased enforcement of the “public charge” rule, a policy that allowed immigration authorities to deny entry to migrants who would rely on taxpayer benefits immediately upon entry.

March 10

President Biden reimplemented the Central American Minors Program, which aims to unite children living in Central American countries with parents lawfully present in the United States. In practice, however, this program encourages illegal immigration despite record surges in unauthorized border crossings.

March 11

President Biden signed into law the American Rescue Plan, a colossal spending bill that drove inflation to record highs by adding nearly $2 trillion to the national debt and creating the largest expansion of the welfare state since President Lyndon B. Johnson was in office. March 12

President Biden terminated a memorandum that sought to ensure that minors illegally entering the United States are not sent to illegal immigrants already in the United States, thereby potentially endangering the lives of migrant children and encouraging further illegal immigration.

March 16

The Biden administration announced that any illegal immigrant 17 years old or younger and “unaccompanied” would be allowed into the United States. This policy not only creates a huge incentive for illegal immigration, but also creates a humanitarian crisis as it encourages the trafficking of minors to the southern border.

March 16

The Biden administration reinstituted a policy that allows undocumented families to await their legal proceedings inside the United States, thereby creating a massive incentive for illegal immigration and human trafficking.

March 18

The White House announced an intent to join the United Nation’s Group of Friends on Climate and Security, further legitimizing UN attempts to hamper U.S. economic growth.

March 26

The White House responded to Georgia’s attempts to make its elections more secure with a race-baiting statement from President Biden calling the Georgia law “Jim Crow in the 21st Century.” In doing so, the White House equated racial segregation laws to a law that expands early voting, requires election officials to wait to send absentee ballots until they are requested, and protects election security with voter ID requirements.
