The Biden Department of Education released new proposed Title IX regulations, including a proposal that would expand its longstanding definition of sex to include “sex stereotypes, sex characteristics, pregnancy or related conditions, sexual orientation and gender identity.” The proposal could force public schools to allow biological males to participate in women’s sports and access facilities such as bathrooms and locker rooms in order to receive federal funding.
