The Department of Health and Human Services revoked Medicaid work requirements in Ohio, South Carolina, and Utah. Throughout the summer of 2021, HHS continued to unwind Trump-era policy priorities in the Medicaid program. This brought to a near conclusion the HHS’s efforts to eliminate work requirements in Medicaid in the 12 states that received approval for them during the Trump administration.

President Biden oversaw one of the greatest foreign policy failures in the modern era, the catastrophic withdrawal from Afghanistan. This blunder resulted in the collapse of the Afghan forces and the Afghan government, resigned billions of dollars worth of American equipment to the Taliban, and put thousands of Americans in jeopardy as they scrambled to escape Kabul.
