In the aftermath of the Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization decision, President Biden signed an executive order that directed the Department of Health and Human Services to expand access to chemical abortion and contraception to make them “as widely accessible as possible.”

The Department of Education released new, higher standards for charter schools seeking funding. The new rules will require charter schools to submit a “community impact analysis” and prove that they are operating in a community where existing public schools are over-enrolled.
